Applications are now open for the International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA) Produce Executive Program.
This year Hort Innovation is sponsoring four scholarships for vegetable levy payers that will cover the full registration fee.
Growers looking to expand their network, enhance their leadership skills and better understand today’s key market movements and emerging issues are encouraged to apply for the program which runs from 18 – 23 May.
2024 participant Abigail said she met some wonderful people on the program, and it challenged her to step out of her comfort zone.
“The IFPA produce executive program showed me that personal health, mental wellbeing, and resilience are important factors that also make an impact on decision making.
“The course covered many topics relevant to the industry but the main thing I took away from it was the importance of collaboration and its impact on teamwork, goal setting and business performance.”
